M.E. Pitt (a.k.a. Ronnie)

M E Pitt (a.k.a. Ronnie) served a formal apprenticeship in engineering on leaving school. Gaining experiences in different aspects of engineering. A position of Blacksmith arose at 'Riverside Forge' in Tenby (UK) at around 1994. Where under the guidance of Mike Davies (proprietor), Ronnie honed his skills as an Artist Blacksmith, looking after the modern and ancient ironwork of Tenby's Medieval Walled Town. Ronnie was then employed at Bartlett Engineering Co near Tenby. Where his skills with working hot materials, such as flanging and riveting, were used in the restoration of steam boilers for traction engines and steam locomotives.
